Everyone needs a balance of all the spectrum colours in order to be healthy and happy. Sometimes we avoid certain colours because they have bad associations for us, for example, the colour of our old school uniform. Or we know that a particular colour doesn’t suit us so we cut it out of our lives completely.

A colour consultation is a simple and enjoyable process of choosing four colours from a selection of rainbow shades. We instinctively know which ones to choose for our own best interests.

As a qualified colour therapist I will then talk to you about the colours you have chosen. You will be amazed what this reveals and how accurate it is!

I will then make suggestions such as simple changes to the colours you wear, the colours of the food you eat and the colours you have painted your rooms which will improve your sense of wellbeing and relieve niggling health problems that you would rather not take prescription drugs for.
